Exponents Math Problems- 8th Grade

An exponent is a number raised to the right of a mathematical term called the base.  It indicates that the base is to be raised to a certain power.  In a term xn, x is the base and n is the exponent or power. The number raised by power is known as the base, while the superscript number above it is the exponent or power. Solving exponent practice problems excellent understanding of exponent concepts to students and helps them in easily simplifying the exponential equation.
