A double number line diagram uses a pair of parallel number lines to represent equivalent ratios. To find ratios with double line ratio you primarily need to put numbers on double line. Solving ratios with double number lines (practice) diagrams help students more easily “see” that there are many equivalent forms of the same ratio.
