Percent simply means per one hundred and is often represented with the sign (%). We can convert the percent into a decimal number and the decimal into a percent. To convert the percent into decimal the number is divided by 100. Every student should do the convert percents and decimals practice problems to improve their understanding of percentages and decimals representation of numbers.
